a million things make me who I am but just a few of them touch my core.

1. First and foremost, I am a mother to the most beautiful little girl who amazes me and tests me daily. I also coach her soccer team and love all of my little girls.

2. I Love hard and break even harder…but getting into my heart for that Love is the tricky part.

3. I reserve my full self for those who show they are worth the effort.

4. I am stubborn and when a situation arises I will not be the first to throw in the towel

5. I love the sound mixture of a record and the static from the needle…its heavenly.  I may be an old soul when it comes to my music selection :)

6. My soul is a romantic one..I want the fairytale, the whole deal. The perfect love, the wonderful story, the spectacular wedding, and the person next to me that I cant stand to be apart from for the rest of our lives with laughter & love still entangled between us. When people walk by I want them to look on and think undoubtedly ‘they are each others soul mate’

7. My daughter is my heart & soul, with out her I would be just another girl. With her, she makes me feel completely…complete. She is me and I am her and together we make a wonderfully extraordinary world that is ours and ours alone. If we have let you in for a visit consider yourself a special person :)

8. I dislike the words Hate and Doubt.  Also not a word but, Elbows on the dinner table really gets to me (I can thank my mom for that annoying annoyance ;) ….)

You are both very lucky to have each other and both very deserving. But perhaps the best thing is that you are both very aware how lucky you are to have each other.

“I Love hard and break even harder…but getting into my heart for that Love is the tricky part.”

May you always allow the deserving in with open arms and never regret doing so.

“I reserve my full self for those who show they are worth the effort.”

Unfortunately there probably aren’t very many who are, but the fortunate few who are deserving of that love are very fortunate indeed.

“I am stubborn and when a situation arises I will not be the first to throw in the towel.”

Just remember that every great once in a while throwing in the towel doesn’t mean giving up, just giving in. And every great once in a while, giving in is the right thing to do.

“I love the sound mixture of a record and the static from the needle…its heavenly. I may be an old soul when it comes to my music selection.”

You’re probably an old soul in more ways than that, but thank you for filling my mind with the wonderful sound of imperfection. Needles on vinly allow for those imperfections and make everything that much more perfect.

“My soul is a romantic one..I want the fairytale, the whole deal. The perfect love, the wonderful story, the spectacular wedding, and the person next to me that I cant stand to be apart from for the rest of our lives with laughter & love still entangled between us. What a perefectly wonderful statement. If I had to excise the best paragraph of this soliloquoy, it would be this one. May you one day have your fairytale in all of its perfect splendor!

“My daughter is my heart & soul, with out her I would be just another girl. With her, she makes me feel completely…complete. I cannot imagine a more complete entity than a mother and daughter who are close. I’m very glad the two of you are and I sincerely hope that never changes. Do your best, as I know you will, to ensure that never happens. As beautiful as you both are, you’re unfathombly more so together.

“I dislike the words Hate and Doubt. Also not a word but, Elbows on the dinner table really gets to me (I can thank my mom for that annoying annoyance ….).”

All good people do, and the best realize it and ask themselves why. As for elbows on the dinner table, they have their time and place. But…outside that time and/or place, they are an abomination.
